Designed for rising or current college students
This virtual 1:1 program is designed to support students prior to and during one of the most significant life transitions – becoming a college student. Through this program, students will learn how executive functioning skills such as organization, planning and time management will facilitate a more independent lifestyle. During the 6-sessions, students will learn about self-advocacy, how to access learning accommodations, academic and schedule planning, life skills support, balancing their academic and social life, and the socioemotional preparation behind this life-change. Our goal is for all students to complete the program feeling more prepared for the college transition.
