Organizational Tutors’ goal is to help your student succeed academically and beyond. During challenging and unprecedented times, we offer custom packages of specialized support to meet your child’s learning needs and goals. Fees are set according to program designed and tutor match. Does your child need an urgent, in-depth academic and/or organizational boost? We offer intensive coaching support for three plus hours per day, several days per week for any time period needed, tailored to your students’ individual circumstances and learning needs. We provide via virtual, in-person, or hybrid format:

  • executive functioning classes
  • bridge support
    • school breaks
    • year-round when students are: 
      • taking a leave of absence
      • gap year, or
      • refusing school

Included in this offering is regular, frequent reporting to caregivers and any other requested members of the student’s larger support team (school personnel, therapists, other learning professionals, et al.)

  • Student took a medical leave of absence 
  • Supplemental support for homeschool students
  • School refusal
  • Summer Work Intensive (for students who will be away for the summer and have summer work to accomplish)
  • Summer School/Remediation
  • 4 hours a day in person support including mindfulness, math remediation and writing process support, previewing of next school year content, executive functioning support building concrete organizational and time management skills, in addition to cognitive flexibility and growth mindset work. 
  • 1 hour a day virtual Orton-Gilligham support focused on phonics and reading remediation
  • Working sessions for assignments, projects, and test/exam preparation
  • Test/exam proctoring (if approved by school administration)
  • 60-minute weekly class in Executive Functioning
  • Tutor team across various areas of expertise for more targeted subject matter support through an EF framework
  • Summer reading and summer project completion/working sessions, continued previewing of next year content, creation of systems specific to fall semester, review of note taking/close reading/study strategies 
  • Passion Project: movie, presentation, book, poems, cookbook, any passion project that incorporates sequencing, planning, goal setting, task initiation, time management
